Instructions

1. Add vegetables or seafood such as kimchi, green onions, and squid as desired and mix well.
2. Pour oil into a pan and fry both sides of the pancake until golden brown.
3. Cook for 3–4 minutes for best texture.

Mix the flour and cold water at the ratio below, stirring lightly to make the batter.

Flour Water

• 2 servings: 200g 340ml (approx. 2 paper cups)
• 4 servings: 400g 680ml (approx. 3¾ paper cups)
• 5 servings: 500g 850ml (approx. 4¾ paper cups)

Cautions

• Do not store near items that emit strong odors or moisture such as cosmetics, detergents, or stones.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not store near items with strong smells or easily oxidized foods.
• Once opened, seal tightly and refrigerate to avoid moisture or insect contamination.
• This product is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanut, almond, walnut, beef, pork, tomato, shrimp, fish, shellfish (mollusc), crustacean, celery, sesame and sulphites.
• Brown specks seen in the batter are part of the original ingredients. Stir well and use without concern.

Storage

• Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
• After opening, seal tightly and refrigerate to maintain freshness and avoid spoilage from moisture or pests.
