Product Features

Instructions

Ingredients Needed:

  • 100g of tofu
  • 100g of potato
  • 45g of Korean squash
  • 3 sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/4 green onion chopped

Cooking Directions:

  1. Add 80g of Soybean Paste Seasoning for stew and potato into 400ml of water and bring to boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the Korean squash, shiitake mushroom, and green onion and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  3. Add tofu last and boil for 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
