Using as a Stew Pan (전골 팬 Mode)

  • Close the circular cap located at the center of the grill plate completely.
  • This seals the central opening, allowing the pan to retain liquid and heat evenly—ideal for stews, soups, and hot pot dishes.

Using as a Roast Pan (로스 팬 Mode)

  • Slightly open the circular cap in the center.
  • This allows excess fat and oil to drain through the opening during cooking, making it perfect for grilling meat and roasting vegetables.
