Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 50–60 seconds.
  2. Rinse the boiled noodles 2–3 times with cold water, and then drain the water. Place it in a bowl.
  3. Mix sauce, sesame oil and crushed seaweed with noodles. For better taste, add the boiled egg, thinly sliced boiled beef, and cucumber slices.
