Instructions

Deep Fried Kelp

Ingredients: Dried kelp 2 oz, Salad oil 2 cups, Sugar 1T

  1. Cut the kelp into 2 inch length, and deep fry it for one minute at 365°F.
  2. Drain on paper towels and sift the sugar over the fried kelp.

*T - tablespoon

Soup Stock

  1. Add 1 piece (2 x 3 inch) of kelp to 3 cups of soup stock and boil for about 5 minutes for Korean soup or udon.
