Ingredients (Serves 4):

• Ottogi Curry 100g
• Meat (beef, pork, or chicken) 130g
• Onion (medium, 2 pieces) 270g
• Potato (large, 2 pieces) 100g
• Carrot (small, 1 piece) 60g
• Ottogi Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons (26g)
• Water 700ml (3½ cups)

Cooking Method:

1. Stir-fry the meat, onions, potatoes, and carrots cut into appropriate sizes in the Ottogi Cooking Oil until the ingredients are fully cooked.
2. Lower the heat and add the Ottogi Curry, stirring gently until it is fully dissolved. Once dissolved, pour the mixture over rice, and it’s ready to serve.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place.
