오뚜기 옛날 메밀국수 400g(OTG Buckwheat Noodles 400g)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil Noodles
   Boil 800ml of water (about 4 cups).
   Once the water boils, add the noodles.
   Cook for 4-5 minutes.
2. Drain and Rinse
   After cooking, drain the noodles and rinse them 2-3 times in cold water to remove the starch and cool them down.

For dipping in the sauce :

• Mix 1/4 cup (45ml) of Ottogi Buckwheat Dipping Sauce with 3/4 cup (135ml) of water.
• Serve the sauce separately and dip the noodles into the sauce before eating.

For pouring broth over the noodles :

• Mix 1/4 cup (45ml) of Ottogi Noodle Soup Broth (katsuobushi, anchovy, beef broth) with 1 and 1/3 cups (315ml) of water.
• Pour the prepared broth over the noodles.
• You can enjoy it with either warm or cold broth.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

After use, store any leftover noodles in an airtight container. Cooked noodles may spoil quickly, so please consume them as soon as possible.
