Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of seasoned red pepper paste
  • 1/2 head of napa cabbage (200g)
  • A small amount of chives (20g)

Instructions:

  • Cut the napa cabbage and chives into bite-sized pieces, add the seasoned red pepper paste, and mix well to complete!

Tip 1:
You can also add radish, cucumber, or napa cabbage, and mix together. (Use about 40-45g of seasoned red pepper paste per 100g of vegetables)

Tip 2:
Soak the vegetables in salt water (1/20 ratio of salt to water) for about 2 hours, rinse, and drain. Then, add the seasoned red pepper paste, mix, and let it ferment for a day before serving.

Tip 3:
You can adjust the amount of sauce according to your preference.
