A. Pan Fry (Sautéed Mackerel):

1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan.
2. Lay mackerel fillets in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown.

B. Boil (Spicy Braised Mackerel):

1. Place mackerel, radish or kimchi and sauce (soy sauce, red pepper paste and powder, garlic, sugar) into a pot.
2. Add enough water to soak all ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Garnish with green onions if desired.

C. Steam (Steamed Mackerel):

1. Place mackerel in a steamer and steam for 15–20 minutes.
2. Add chopped green onion or wild chive and serve with oriental sauce.

Cautions

• No rinsing necessary — product is pre-cleaned.
• Do not refreeze after thawing as quality may decline.
• Store at or below -18°C.
• For better taste, cook from frozen rather than thawed.
• Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for those with medical conditions.

Storage

• Keep frozen at -18°C or below until use.
• If thawing is necessary, thaw under refrigeration immediately before use.
