서래야쌀 10kg(Seoraeya Korean Rice 10kg)

1. Combine 1 1/2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
3. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
4. Makes about 4 cups of cooked rice or 6 servings (2/3 cup each).

Note: For rice cookers, combine 1 1/2 cups of rice with 2 cups of water and cook as per manufacturer’s instructions.

• Ensure rice is rinsed thoroughly before cooking to remove excess starch and impurities.
