Preparation

• Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and set aside.

Cooking Steps

1. In a preheated pan, add cooking oil, vegetables, meat, mushrooms, and soaked glass noodles.
2. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined.
3. Add Japchae sauce and sesame oil, then stir-fry for 1 more minute.
4. Serve and enjoy!
