샘표 안동찜닭양념 210g(SP Sauce for Chicken Stew 210g)

Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken
• 1 potato
• 1/2 stalk green onion
• 30 g glass noodles
• 1 Cheongyang chili pepper
• 2/3 cup (150 mL) water

Cooking Instructions

1. Add chicken, seasoning sauce and water to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
2. Once potatoes are added, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
3. Add soaked glass noodles and boil until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes). Finish by adding chili pepper and green onion.
