Instructions

1. Add 700 mL of water, rice cakes, and soup base to a pot. Boil over high heat for 3 minutes.
2. Once boiling, add vegetables and additional ingredients, then continue boiling for about 5 minutes.

Cooking Tips:

• If making stir-fried tteokbokki, use 400 g of rice cakes, 1 medium onion, and 1/3 of a small cabbage, adjusting the ingredients accordingly.
• Leftover sauce can be used to stir-fry with rice and kimchi for extra flavor.
• For better texture, boil the noodles separately, drain the water, and then add them to the dish.
