Product Features

  • Processed hygienically and pre-cleaned — no additional washing needed.
  • Thinly sliced for convenience — perfect for Korean-style dishes like pan-fried pollack (dongtaejeon) or fried fish cutlet (dongtae saengseonkkaseu).

Instructions

Dongtaejeon (Pan-fried Pollack):

  1. Lightly thaw, then sprinkle salt and pepper on the pollack slices.
  2. Coat in flour and egg wash and pan-fry until golden brown.

Dongtae Saengseonkkaseu (Fried Fish Cutlet):

  1. Lightly thaw and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat in flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs. Freeze briefly to firm up.
  3. Deep fry until golden and crispy. Serve with tartar sauce and salad.
