Product Features

  • Delivers a clean, mild taste ideal for traditional Korean dishes.
  • Suitable for grilling or steaming for versatile cooking options.

Instructions

A. Grilling:

  • Rinse the fish and remove excess moisture. Lightly oil a pan and grill over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

B. Steaming:

  • Make 3–4 deep slits in the fish and season with salt, pepper and cheongju (rice wine).
  • In a pot, mix together 5 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, sugar, cooking oil, fresh ginger juice, 2 tbsp minced garlic and a pinch of pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the fish, spoon the sauce over it and steam. Garnish with green onion, red chili and egg garnish.
