Spicy Braised Mackerel with Radish:

1. Add mackerel, sliced radish (or kimchi) and seasoning (soy sauce, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, garlic, sugar) into a pot.
2. Pour in water until ingredients are slightly soaked.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Garnish with chopped scallions and chili if desired.

Roasted Mackerel:

1. Add 2 tbsp of oil to a pan and heat.
2. Place the mackerel in the pan and roast over medium-high heat until golden brown.

Cautions

• Thaw before cooking by submerging the sealed bag in cold water for faster thawing.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
• The fish has been carefully deboned, but small pin bones may still remain. Please take care and check while eating.

• Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
