Product Features

  • Versatile 6x concentrated soup base—perfect for soba, udon, rice bowls, and hot pot.

Instructions

  • Soba (Buckwheat Noodles): Mix tsuyu and water in a 1:5 ratio.
  • Rice Bowl / Tempura Sauce: Mix tsuyu and water in a 1:5 ratio.
  • Udon: Mix tsuyu and water in a 1:9 ratio.
  • Hot Pot / Fish Cake Soup: Mix tsuyu and water in a 1:11 ratio.

*Adjust water amount to taste as needed.
