Steamed Dumplings

1. When the water in the steamer begins to boil, place parchment paper on the steamer tray and steam frozen dumplings for about 7 minutes.
2. After steaming, gently remove the dumplings—they will not tear easily.
3. For dipping sauce, mix: 2T soy sauce, 1T vinegar, 1T red pepper powder, and chopped green onions.

Pan-Fried Dumplings

1. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan and place the frozen dumplings inside.
2. Fry until the bottom becomes golden brown.
3. Best served with dipping sauce or chili oil for added flavor.

Dumpling Soup

1. When broth made with meat or anchovy stock begins to boil, add frozen dumplings along with minced garlic and soy sauce or prawn sauce for seasoning.
2. Add vegetables such as chili, egg, green onion, and seaweed flakes as garnish.
