Ingredients & Tools

For 500g (Yields approximately 10-12 pancakes, 12 cm in diameter):

• 2 eggs, 400 ml of milk, mixing bowl, whisk, frying pan, ladle and spatula.

Instructions

1. Mix Ingredients:

• In a mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs and 400 ml of milk (or 280 ml of water if milk is unavailable). Whisk thoroughly.
• Add 500 g of pancake mix and stir until smooth without lumps.

2. Preheat Pan:

• Lightly grease the frying pan with oil and wipe excess oil using a paper towel. Preheat the pan over low heat.

3. Cook Pancakes:

• Pour the batter into the pan to form desired sizes.
• Cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side for about 1 minute. Serve warm.

• Avoid storing in humid environments or areas with strong odors (e.g., near cosmetics or cleaning agents).
• Keep away from direct sunlight. Store at room temperature.
• Once opened, reseal tightly and store in the refrigerator to avoid contamination from pests or mold.
