How to Prepare Delicious Dried Radish (Mumallaengi)

1. Soak the dried radish in water for a while, rinse it about 3 times, and drain in a sieve.
2. Soak the dried chili peppers in water, then prepare them the same way as the dried radish.
3. If chili peppers are not available, you can use chives as a substitute.
4. Make a sauce by mixing soy sauce (or soup soy sauce), red pepper powder, garlic, chives, water, rice syrup, and glutinous rice flour.
5. Mix the prepared sauce with the dried radish and peppers, and massage thoroughly to evenly coat.

Tip: Tastes even better when served with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serving Suggestion: Goes well with a lunch box or simple side dishes.
Note: If you prefer less spicy flavor, eat it after 2–3 days when the spiciness has mellowed.

Storage

• After opening, reseal and store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
• Ensure the product is kept in a sealed container to avoid moisture.
