How to Cook for a Firm & Chewy Texture:

2. Pour in half a cup of cold water, stir and wait for the water to boil again.
3. Repeat by adding another half cup of cold water, stir and let it boil once more.
4. Drain the noodles, rinse thoroughly in cold water, and rub gently to remove excess starch.
