Product Features

Instructions

A. Air Fryer:

  • Lightly oil the fish and cook at 180–200°C for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

B. Pan Frying:

  • Generously oil a pan and cook the fish skin-side down over medium heat for 5–10 minutes.

*For best results, thaw in the refrigerator and remove surface moisture with a paper towel before cooking.
