Instructions

  1. Place noodles in boiling water and cook while stirring gently for about 3 minutes.
  2. Once softened, remove noodles and rinse 2–3 times under cold water. Drain well and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix with the provided sauce to taste. For a better experience, add sliced cucumber, carrot, perilla leaves or hard-boiled eggs.
