Pan Fry

1. Pour enough cooking oil into a non-stick pan and preheat the pan on medium heat for 1 minute.
2. Change to medium-low heat, place the frozen Mandu in the pan and cook for 9 minutes. Turn Mandu while cooking until all sides are golden brown.

Air Fry

1. Place the frozen Mandu on an air fryer tray without stacking. Use spray oil to coat the Mandu.
2. Cook at 190°C for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

Steam

1. Pour enough water into a steamer and boil.
2. After the water boils, place the frozen Mandu inside the steamer and steam for 8 minutes.

Cautions

• Cooking times may vary depending on appliance performance.
• Ensure Mandu is fully cooked before serving.

Storage

• Store at or below -18°C.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
