1. Rinse the spice teabag lightly with water before use.
2. In a pot, add 1.5–2.0 L of water and the teabag, then begin boiling.
3. When the water begins to boil, boil for another 10 minutes, then add cleaned chicken or duck and continue boiling.
4. Simmer with the teabag for 40 minutes to 1 hour for full flavor infusion. (Tip: Add garlic, green onion, and jujube to taste.)
5. After cooking, remove and discard the teabag.

Cautions

• Do not use a pressure cooker, as the teabag may burst during high-pressure cooking.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
