수라 모란각 물냉면 (3인분)(Sura Cold Noodle(Soup) 1.95kg(3serving))

1. Add frozen noodles to boiling water and boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds.
2. When the water is about to boil over, gradually add 50cc of cold water and continue boiling for 40 more seconds.
3. Once the noodles are soft, rinse thoroughly in cold water 2–3 times and drain well in a strainer.
4. Place the drained noodles in a bowl. Pour the chilled broth over the noodles and top with seasoned pollack and pickled radish.
5. Enjoy the flavor of cold noodles as served in traditional specialty restaurants.

• Be careful when handling boiling water to avoid burns.
• Consume immediately after preparation for best taste and texture.
