Product Features

  • Made with a unique fermentation method combining two types of lactic acid bacteria developed from 50 years of baking expertise by Kirin.
  • Contains gluten-degrading probiotics for softer texture and improved flavor by reducing fermentation odor.
  • Features a moist and chewy red bean bun with sweet corn flavor.

Instructions

  • Steamer: Place a small amount of water in the steamer, put the buns on a steaming tray lined with a damp cloth, and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Air Fryer: Lightly oil the surface of the buns and heat at 160°C for 10 minutes for a crispy outside and moist inside.
  • Microwave (700W): Moisten the surface of the bun, place on a dish, wrap with plastic wrap, and heat for 40 seconds per piece.
  • Rice Cooker (Warm Mode): Line the bottom with a damp cloth, preheat, then place buns and warm for 20–25 minutes.
