Pan-Frying (Roasted Mackerel)

1. Preheat a pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
2. Place the mackerel in the pan and cook until golden brown.
3. Season with salt and pepper as desired and serve.

Oven-Roasting

1. Preheat the oven for 8 minutes at 400–450°F (200–230°C).
2. Coat the mackerel with olive oil, parsley, and pepper.
3. Cook at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Braised Mackerel (Spicy Option)

1. Place mackerel, radish slices (or kimchi), and sauce in a pot.
2. Add water and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes, adding green pepper to taste.

Cautions

• Product is very hot after cooking; handle with care.
• Cooked mackerel may have small fish bones, so consume carefully.
• Do not microwave the packaging directly.

Storage

• Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
• For faster thawing, submerge the package in cold tap water before cooking.
