샘표 제주 어린잎 녹차소면 300g(SP绿茶小麦面300g)

Ingredients

• 100 g (3.5 oz) green tea vermicelli
• 20 g (0.7 oz) radish
• 10 g (0.35 oz) small green onion
• 5 g (0.17 oz) dried seaweed
• ½ ts wasabi paste

For Dipping Sauce: 1½ cups of water, ½ cup of Sempio Soba Sauce

Instructions

1. Dilute 'Sempio Soba Sauce' with water in a ratio of 1:3 to prepare dipping sauce. Leave the sauce in fridge to chill.
2. Meanwhile bring 5 cups of water (1 L) to a boil. Add a bundle of noodle to it and cook for approximately 4–5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3. Rinse under cold running water and drain well. Twist noodles into a nest on a bamboo plate.
4. Grate radish, thinly slice small green onion and dried seaweed. Take out the dipping sauce from the fridge. Add radish, spring onion, seaweed into dipping sauce with wasabi according to your taste.
