  1. Peel and dice 1kg of radish into 2cm cubes.
  2. Pour 1 pack of Semie’s Kitchen Kimchi Base over the radish and marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Add 30g of red pepper powder and 5 stalks of chopped chives, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Let ferment at room temperature for 1 day, then refrigerate.
